Abstract

At Instituto Fe y Libertad we believe in the free and respectful discussion of ideas. The objective of our magazine, which is born with this number, is precisely to contribute to that end. We believe that Fe y Libertad fills a gap in periodic academic publications in the Spanish language. Indeed, there is much interest in Spain and Latin America in having a better understanding of the relationships between faith, religion and freedom, but very little written production on them. It is our wish that this magazine be a space where the intellectuals of our region can present their ideas on the relationship between the market, the State and religion.
