Abstract

This essay contains comments of a scientific, political, economic,
and theological nature on the message of Pope Benedict XVI: If You Want to
Promote Peace, Protect the Creation.
A reflection is made on the role of the human being in the order created by
God, emphasizing His authority and His responsibility. It is urged to distinguish real environmental problems from false ones, revealing studies and authors
who expose the facts regarding three false environmental problems: man-made climate change, the deterioration and loss of productivity of large agricultural areas and the increase extreme natural events.
Protecting Creation implies strengthening and expanding private property.
This in turn implies transitioning to the authentic capitalist system, through serious politics and consistent political parties, with radical transition programs,
complete and congruent with the Christian worldview.
