Abstract

Who is ultimately affected by public policies? Who pays for economic policy mistakes? The authors' answer to this question is clear: in the end, policies always affect the poorest. Professors Landoni and Villegas analyze, with rigor, clarity and a profusion of practical examples, the consequences that certain economic policies have on the most vulnerable sectors of society.
